Due to the ease with which software products may be copied and stored, we will NOT issue refunds of any kind.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE!

Therefore, please contact us if you want to ask questions before making a purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To help mitigate risk for our customers, we launched the ninZaExchange program. 
If a product you purchased doesn’t meet your needs, you may request an exchange under the following terms.

POLICY

1. You are allowed up to THREE (03) exchanges within 45 days of your original purchase.

2. The exchange process follows these rules:

  • 1st exchange: Exchange A → B

  • 2nd exchange: Exchange B → C

  • 3rd exchange: Exchange C → A or B only (important !!!)

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In your exchanges, the same discount rate from your original purchase will be applied to the replacement product (this discount rate does NOT take into account your ZR Wallet spending yet). 
  • In all non-ninZaBuyback cases, the discount rate is always capped at a maximum of 60% OFF for replacement products below $1000, and a maximum of 70% OFF for replacement products from $1000.
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced replacement product requires additional ZR Wallet credits or cash payment, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced replacement product results in surplus ZR Wallet credits or cash, the excess amount will be credited to your ZR Wallet.
  • Exchanges are limited to our own products only. Products from third-party vendors are NOT eligible.
  • This program does NOT apply to free gifts. In other words, free gifts cannot be exchanged once received.
  • If you have unused products, we’ll gladly buy them back and give you ZR Wallet credits in return.

Note: Discount rate (%) = (Discount amount ÷ Original price) × 100%
where: Discount amount = Original price − Sale price

EXAMPLES

  • Example #1: Chip bought an indicator at 35% OFF. When exchanging it for another indicator, he remains eligible for the same discount of 35% OFF.
  • Example #2: Dale bought an indicator at 70% OFF (in our pre-order event). Then, for his exchange to an $800 indicator, his discount will be capped at 60% OFF, as 60% is the maximum discount allowed per our policy for replacement products below $1000.

Please note that this ninZaExchange program still does NOT allow a refund/return. 
You can exchange products if they do not fit well with your system, but you cannot request a refund/return after purchase.
